Advise Clients on the use of alternative delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, CM@Risk, Design-Build and IPD in both the private and public sectors.
Risk Management/Process Assessments – Provide process focused leadership to educate Clients on the benefits of risk management beyond insurance. Work with Clients to identify risks and opportunities that could impact their performance and success. Facilitate the implementation of special projects or key cross functional initiatives.
Business Development Support – Apply decades of experience creating and implementing selection processes for owners related to the selection of consultants, planners, designers, and contractors for billions of dollars of capital projects.
Training and Coaching – Provide group training to develop consistent skills and knowledge and impact performance. Provide one-on-one coaching to improve capabilities, engagement and performance of individuals.
