Maureen McDonough, who is the President of MAM Strategic Advisory Group, holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1988.  Maureen McDonough has extensive experience as a strategic advisor on multi-billion dollar capital improvement programs. She is considered an expert in project delivery with a focus on organization design, procurement, authoring and negotiation of contracts, risk management and dispute resolution.
